Kid's Classes are Back!

We have hired a fabulous, energetic young lady who is excited to bring kid's classes back to the Fabric Cottage.

Keltie will take the kids through a series of classes to introduce them to quilting and sewing. Check out the classes page for dates and times.

Sew a Block for Charity Event

The Caring Hands Project happens the last Friday of the month and we are especially proud of the accomplishments of this generous group that seems to grow every month.

We have been able to create at least 1 quilt each month and will be donating them to Calgary Hospices. When you donate your time to create a block, or a few, you will receive 15% off your purchase that day. The Fabric Cottage donates all the supplies, as well as providing sewing machines for those who are unable to bring their own. Machine Service

Our service technician is able to service any brand of machine. We try to keep your wait time to less than 2 weeks for basic service.

Basic cleaning and adjustments:

• Sewing Machines $89.95
• Sergers $99.95

Please bring a zigzag foot, bobbin, power cord and foot pedal. Do not bring thread, extra feet or accessories. No need to book an appointment, just drop in with your machine.
