Caring Hands Project

The Caring Hands Project happens the last Friday of the month and we are especially proud of the accomplishments of this generous group that seems to grow every month.

We have been able to create at least 1 quilt each month and will be donating them to Calgary Hospices. When you donate your time to create a block, or a few, you will receive 15% off your purchase that day. The Fabric Cottage donates all the supplies, as well as providing sewing machines for those who are unable to bring their own. We invite you to join us on November 28. Caring Hands will resume in January.

Machine Service

We are able to service all Bernina sewing machines and sergers.

Basic cleaning and adjustments:

• Sewing Machines $129.95
• Sergers $99.95

Please bring a zigzag foot, bobbin, power cord and foot pedal. Please bring the thread that you usually sew with and a sample if you are having a problem with something. No need to book an appointment, just drop in with your machine.
