Cyndy is one of the members of the machine team. She is always willing to help you with your Bernina machine and software questions. Cyndy also teaches classes using the Bernina embroidery machines and the ever popular Stack and Whack classes.

Susan Badry

Susan's artistic talents are an asset to The Fabric Cottage customers. Over the years she has helped many of you with fabric choices for your special quilts. Susan taught the Hankie Blankie Pets class which has inspired many of you make these cute little gifts for the special children in your life.

Louise Dalton

As a new member to the staff at The Fabric Cottage Louise is still learning her way around the store. Her cheerful helpful positive attitude is delightful as she lends a hand assisting you with your fabric choices. We look forward to sharing our knowledge with her as she settles in.

Leslie Fantini

Another machine team member with a great knowledge of the Bernina sewing machines. Leslie orders the class supplies so they are there in time for each class and also teaches classes using the Bernina embroidery machines as well as several other classes such as Stained Glass. Leslie adds a special touch to her Inspirations sessions where she will inspire you with a new idea each time she is the featured instructor.

This talented lady is another asset to The Fabric Cottage. Her popular classes reflect careful detail to the traditional areas of quilting. Joanne's talents for colour and fabric selection add to the traditional quilts on display in The Fabric Cottage.

Rosemarie Pilot

Rosemarie is also on the machine team and has many years experience using Bernina machines making her able to answer questions and help you get the most from your Bernina sewing machine. Rosemarie keeps the shop in perfect order for us. She also is a very popular and talented instructor for the monthly Inspiration series at The Fabric Cottage.

Nancy Soon

Nancy is also on the machine team and can assist you with your questions of how best to use the special features on your Bernina sewing machine and software. Her cheerful willingness to help you discover the wonders of your Bernina will have you motivated to try new techniques. Nancy teaches the popular Professional Tote class.

Rosalie Ward

This member of the machine team's artistic talents with the Bernina sewing machine will enable her to answer questions on special uses of the magical Bernina machines. Rosalie leads many of the Inspirations series throughout the year and can be counted on to have a special project to show you.

Keltie

Keltie has joined us as the Kids can Sew instructor. She has been teaching kids to sew for several years and is currently attending university in Calgary and is planning on entering the nursing program in the fall.

Rothney Chase

Rothney is our software expert, she heads up the Artista club for The Fabric Cottage. This talented instructor will have you using your Bernina embroidery software with confidence and expertise in no time. Rothney will inspire to move forward with learning new ways to use your software. A special delight are her MEMORY BOXES.

Gail Duggan

Over the years many of you have taken different technique related classes from this instructor. Special Effects machine quilting is the longest running class at The Fabric Cottage and has helped many of you gain confidence to try new free motion quilting techniques on your sewing machine.

Laurel Francis

Wayne Kollinger

Wayne's popular Alberta Series of patterns are simple and fun ways to create special quilts using his inspiring techniques with colour and triangles. Besides producing patterns Wayne is also in the process of producing a new book that should be on the market soon.

Cheryl Mazurek

Cheryl brings us a new series of classes where she shares her in depth knowledge of rug hooking and needle punch. These are two great portable techniques that Cheryl will inspire you to try.

Joanne Middleton

Joanne teaches her perfect piecing techniques for The Fabric Cottage in on going sessions of classes. Her DVD is a very popular way to take Joanne home with you as you continue to explore her quilting techiniques.
